Day 1 - Monday, September 29, 2025

12:00 PM - 3:00 PM - Building tours at 1623 Farnam
No appointment needed. Bring your ID to tour the secure facility anytime between 12:00 and 3:00 PM. Tours last approximately 15-20 minutes.
4:00 PM - Magnolia Hotel Check-In
5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Welcome Reception at Magnolia Hotel

Day 2 - Tuesday, September 30, 2025

7:45 AM - Golfers Depart for Shoreline Golf Club (Shuttle Available from Magnolia Hotel)
9:00 AM - Shotgun Start
2:30 PM - Winner's Circle at the Shoreline Golf Club - Award Presentations and Raffle Winners
3:30 PM - Shuttle Returns to Magnolia Hotel

Hotel Information

Meet In the Middle guests have a special room rate at our host hotel, the Magnolia Omaha. We will send your private booking link in your confirmation email. Please book through this link as we have a room block specifically designated for our group.

Airport Information

OMA, Omaha Eppley Airfield, serves the city of Omaha, Nebraska. The airport is among the busiest in the state due to its location and serves communities throughout Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri and South Dakota. All major U.S. airlines are represented at OMA through regional subsidiaries.

Transportation
The Magnolia hotel offers an airport shuttle, please call 402-213-2832 for pick up. You'll proceed to Gate 4 on the lower level where baggage claim is located and look for the black Magnolia shuttle waiting outside.

Attire
Business or golf casual is the recommended attire for the meeting.

Weather
Average temperatures for Omaha in September are highs in the upper 70s and lows in the mid 50s.
